“Before the City There Was the Sand: Designing a Resilient Calumet TER/RAIN” received an Honor Award for Student Collaboration. Their winning project is part of Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant research focused on addressing urban flooding throughout communities in the Chicago-Calumet Corridor. The research is led by Mary Pat McGuire in our Department of Landscape Architecture.
